Portland Ocean Terminal: Just Outside the Cruise Ship Terminal Phone: Call 207-772-5800 for more information  Hours:  Arrival Time of Cruise Ships Travel Councilors greet and assist visitors at the arrival of a cruise ship, and will be opened to distributing information for approximately four hours after the arrival.

All Visitor Information Centers are Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Portland's Downtown District Guides, recognizable in their "outback" hats.
