Carnaval ME is back and better than ever! Portland’s annual Carnaval ME Winter Festival is planned to celebrate Maine as a State for all seasons in the heart of Portland’s Old Port at their new location thanks to our friends at DiMillo’s on the Water on Commercial Street! Find exclusive bites & brews, igloos, live entertainment, ice sculptures, and plenty of surprises and special guests along the way!

This festival benefits Winter Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing winter outdoor activity in children., as well as the Maine Academy of Modern Music.

There is no shortage of fun and festivities in store this year. Warm up in the Bites & Brews Igloo, full of your favorite local craft beers and food pairings. Tickets to the Bites & Brews experience include full admission to the rest of the festival. This is a 21+ only experience.

The igloo is also home to face painting, craft making, and more- perfect for the entire family!

The fun continues outside with live ice sculpture demonstrations, frozen selfie stations, and visits with Maine Mascots you know and love. The Norway Savings Bank Snow Stage won’t disappoint, featuring live performances every day of the festival.
