Learn about Maine oysters, get a shucking lesson followed by lots of practice as you work your way through a comparative oyster tasting. Once you’ve learned all there is to know about oysters, you will break out into teams and let the games begin. Be the first team to successfully shuck and slurp your oysters around the table! Includes wine or beer pairings.
