Description:

Are you looking for a different way to de-stress and connect to the natural world around you?

Pineland Farms has partnered with Hughes Kraft to offer Forest Bathing (formerly Nature Forest Therapy). Hughes is a Certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide and loves to share his knowledge and love of the spectacular landscapes of Maine uniquely.

Forest Bathing is a two-hour opportunity to slow down and connect with oneself while connecting with nature. It is not a destination hike or a naturalist walk. It is an invitation to explore the relationship between being human and the more-than-human world. It is a time to connect with the health and wellness within oneself and quiet the nervous system.

We hope you accept.

We suggest combining Forest Bathing with the Connect with Nature to increase your experience with the natural world. The fee for both is $35.
