Outdoor Yoga at the Horse Farm

Come visit Maine’s premier horse rescue in Windham, ME, just 20 minutes from downtown Portland, and sink into the serenity of your surroundings with an hour long yoga class in the fields.

There will be a 30 minute optional tour of the farm after class where you’ll have the opportunity to scratch and nuzzle the horses and hear about the incredible work the MSSPA is doing.
