In this class, our very own Chef Arianna Stefanilo will educate you on Maine’s industry while you learn the tricks of shucking, searing, and ceviche-ing delicious Maine scallops.

This hands on, open format class will allow to ask questions and interact with Chef Arianna who grew up on Chebeague Island and spent many years lobstering and fishing off the coast of Maine. There’s no doubt you’ll leave this class feeling educated and confident as a scallop chef in your own home.

Enjoy your scallop creations throughout the class. Cocktails, beer and wine can be added.
