We have a wonderful group of Hospitality, Culinary and international students on staff this summer. They are all looking forward to welcoming you and your guests at our August tea.
***A few things of note. You now have an option to choose the Royal tea – our classic tea (both beverage and food) served with a 6 oz pour of champagne. Please indicate how many in your party would like the Royal tea at the time you reserve if possible.
We can also accept a few reservations for 6 tops (seating 5 or 6 guests). These tables will be situated in the dining room, in front of the windows but with limited views.
Please note the following details:
– Reservation requests can only be made by email (no phone calls please). The cost of the Royal tea is $52, the Classic tea is $40 per person, plus tax. Please contact Chef Hannaford shannaford@smccme.edu with your preferred dining times and contact information.
– Reservations can be made for 2, 3 and 4 people on the porch, 6 tops will be seated in the dining room.
– Due to the popularity and multiple seatings, we ask that you plan on staying no more than 1 1/2 hours
– We will do our best to book your preferred seating time. When you respond, please select 2 times: 11:30, 12, 1, 1:30, 2:30 or 3 (and I love people that are flexible and say any time!).
– I will reach out to get credit card information (Visa, MC or Discover). The full table cost of the tea + tax will be charged to your card on Wednesday, July17th. One card per reservation.
– Gratuities for the students are not included and can only be left as cash the day of the tea.
– Please indicate if one or more in your party is vegetarian. We are not able to accommodate any other dietary restrictions but do let us know about any allergies.
