Thank you to those who were able to join us at our Sales & Marketing Meeting February 4th at The Portland Harbor Hotel. Once again, a BIG thank you to Jenn Pendexter, Colleen O’Connell, and the Portland Harbor Hotel team for hosting us- your breakfast spread was amazing, and the meeting space was beautiful! Another BIG thank you to Andrew Gendron for sharing a presentation with us from Waterstone Properties’ Rock Row.

- Kaitlyn Wentworth, Crestline Hotels: The Residence Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront, AC Hotel Portland Downtown Waterfront, and ALOFT are coasting through the off-season and getting ready to gear up for summer.
- Colleen O’Connell + Jenn Pendexter, The Portland Collection: Inn at Diamond Cove is slated to open in June and all industry peer site visits are welcome.
- Albert Thayer, The Press Hotel: Congratulations to the Press Hotel who will be celebrating their 10-year anniversary on May 12th!
- Meredith Lubking, Maine Day Ventures: Maine Day Ventures is doing Valentine-themed walking foodie tours the Friday, Saturday, & Sunday of Valentine’s Day weekend! They’re also doing Wednesday Winter Warmer walking tours where their guides will take you to the coziest spots in the Old Port for appetizers and cocktails throughout the winter! Finally, they are booking private tours for both large & small groups – culinary, history, & boat tours for now and spring/summer!
- Andrew Gendron + Abigail Worthing, Waterstone Properties/Rock Row: Rock Row is excited to announce their medical campus will be opening April 15th!
- John Paglio, flyte new media: flyte new media is relaunching Flyte school! Check out their upcoming webinar February 12th at Flyte School

- Steven Grasso, Maine Day Trips + Tours: Steve is always open and interested in hotel partnerships! His tours include pick up and drop off services from any hotel property!
- Joel Prive, Custom Coach of New England: Joel is happy to be welcomed under new ownership for 2 years now! They are excited to put together new packages for 2025.
- Jennifer Chaves, Canopy Portland Waterfront: Announcing Wednesday trivia 6pm-8pm and Live Music Fridays at 6 pm. at the Salt Yard Cafe + Bar !
- Zachary Poole, Maine Brews Cruise: Maine Brews Cruise is open year round for private and ticketed experiences. Check out their new Limited Edition Tours, like Axe’s and Ale’s, here!
- Eric Pray, Portland Explorer Tours: Portland Explorer Tours is coasting through the off-season and getting ready to gear up for the 2025 season! Their Private Charters and Lighthouse Tours make excellent team building experiences!
- Dylan Suhr, Casco Bay Custom Charters – Casco Bay Custom Charters is excited to announce it’s first overnight experience! Check it out: Monhegan Island Experience
