Executive Chef Alan Cook and his team at eighteen95 use only the freshest ingredients, for flavorful combinations that will please even the most discerning palates and our legendary bartenders at the Armory Lounge are known for preparing singularly unique concoctions.
We source high-quality ingredients, including Piedmontese beef from our very own farm, as well as game cuts such as our venison tenderloin and bison sirloin. The Chefs also delight us with seasonal specials including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
During the summer months, meals are served in the Garden Café weather permitting.
