Chef Wyatt brings a heightened taste to Maine’s ever changing seasonal bounty featuring the finest seafood, produce, and foraged ingredients, while Daniel Gorlas’s personal service warms the classic waterfront dining room, housed in a restored historic maritime building, recently rebuilt brick by brick.
The expanding Prentice Hospitality Group owns and operates Evo Kitchen + Bar, Chebeague Island Inn, Fore Points Marina Bar, and most recently acquired House Island – a 15 acre private island off the coast of Portland Maine for events.
