Cunningham Farm boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm – complete with a white farm fence – there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for a Maine wedding, event or corporate retreat.
Our guests are given a blank canvas for their event to make Cunningham Farm their own. We supply the stunning space but require that you work with vendor teams to bring your vision within our blank spaces to life.
Plan Your Wedding:
The Dairy Barn (c. 1820)
Our largest barn on the property at 2880 sq. ft. of entertaining space. Additional, attached square footage includes bar, restrooms, and blank catering space.
Accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated dinner- also a great spot for large groups where guests can mingle.
The Hay Barn (c. 1895)
Our medium-sized barn on the property at 1800 sq. ft. Accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated dinner.
The Carriage Barn (c. 1895)
Our smallest barn on the property at 600 sq. ft. Accommodates up to 30 guests for a seated dinner.
On-Site Ceremony Space
We provide a ceremony arbor and ceremony benches for up to 200 guests located at our main ceremony site overlooking a pond. Couples looking to be married elsewhere can choose to set up a pop-up site at our pond, in any of the barns, along an old rock wall, next to an apple tree, or any spot you deem perfect on our 12 acres of manicured fields.
The ‘Something Blue’ Suite
Lined with windows offering natural light for picture-perfect getting-ready photos and overseeing eager guests arriving for your ceremony or celebration. The suite has its own private entry with a walnut-top wet bar, hair + makeup station, and a large bathroom to complete the space.
